 Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept refunds or returns. If you have concerns or questions about your order, please message us!

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, it must be done within 24 hours of placing your order as we currently have a quick turnaround time. After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Customs

We do not accept custom order requests at this time. Alternatively, if you would like to see a design (already in the shop) on a sheet by itself or modified, please send us a message and we can talk!

** US/DOMESTIC SHIPPING **

All domestic orders will include tracking with delivery confirmation.

Estimated time to arrive is anywhere between 3-12 business days. We cannot control how speedy orders travel once in the hands of the USPS. Sometimes tracking numbers take time to update or don't update at all. Please take into extra consideration during the holidays and winter months where both might affect the delivery speed of your order.

Due to tracking being included in your order, we don't accept responsibility for stolen packages. If your order has been marked as delivered by the USPS, but you have not received it, it is the buyers responsibility to contact the USPS and file the proper claim.

** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING **

It is now offered to limited countries! It ships via USPS with delivery tracking included. Estimated time to arrive is anywhere between 7-20 business days. Also take into consideration any holidays or weather in either country that may delay shipping.

Delivery tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after order processing so please be patient. Due to tracking being included in your order, we don't accept responsibility for stolen packages. If your order has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, it is the buyers responsibility to contact your local post office and file the proper claim.
